Hall Hire

Eolian Hall is located close to Melbourne’s CBD at 836 Lygon Street, Carlton North and available for hire for any event, occasion or activity. Just up the road from Melbourne’s “Little Italy”. Additionally to the hall space an optional commercial-grade kitchen, bar and audio-visual screen and projector can be added to your hall hire.
The main hall space is naturally lit, measuring 10 x 24.8m (248 m²) and includes a 50 m² dance floor and a raised stage.
This versatile space will be able to suit your upcoming event, occasion or activity.

Monday-Thursday: from $650
Plus a refundable bond of $1,300 which will be released one week later.

Friday, Saturday & Sunday: from $950
Plus a refundable bond of $1,300 which will be released one week later.

Costs cover all-day use but do not include use of the new state-of-the-art audio-visual facilities, commercial-grade kitchen or bar.

MEMBERS DISCOUNT: A members discount of 20% is applicable for current financial members of the Società Isole Eolie with a minimum of 12 months membership.

(Please note: The hall has a limited number of chairs)

The Eolian Hall is in close proximity to residential areas.
All functions must conclude:
On Weekends and Sundays by 11:00 pm
On Saturdays by 11.45 pm sharp

AUDIO VISUAL (Additional Cost)
The hall has full audio-visual facilities with a ceiling-mounted data projector, integrated sound and microphone system and Internet access.
The system is perfect for conferences or screenings. The audio-visual equipment can be used for your event at an additional cost to the hall hire cost.

KITCHEN (Additional Cost)
An optional commercial-grade kitchen is available at an additional cost to hall hire.

The hall has newly upgraded and renovated dedicated male and female restroom facilities including a separate unisex disabled restroom.

On-street parking is available on Lygon Street as well as close by Macpherson Street and Fenwick Street.

Tram numbers: 1 and 6 run along Lygon Street and a stop is only a 100m walk from the hall.
